At Jaxon Crafts, we are committed to providing high-quality products that inspire creativity and craftsmanship. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email address] with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the instructions and a return shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as craft materials that deteriorate quickly.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to replace it for you. Please contact us at [email protected]  within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
